David served in the Armed Forces for 13 years teaching an array of different topics from training instructors on vehicles maintenance to basic first aid throughout his career. After leaving the Armed Forces David took a job driving heavy goods vehicles then progressed to a job as a manager at Aldi. During this time, he found it hard to get accredited First Aid and Health & Safety courses which complied with the regulation laid down by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE). So, he set about gaining all the relevant qualifications to allow him to bring to you what he could not find.
David in now dedicated to developing the company and making Kaill move forward whilst maintaining his high standards for the training he delivers and Kaill’s core values, he is also responsible for training new instructors and experienced instructors to bring out their full potential.

Michele comes from a background of education, business start-ups and running her own businesses. She has lived in many countries gaining a diverse base of knowledge and skills. Michele has a Degree in Business and Finance and brings a wealth of knowledge in customer service, sales, marketing and business support.
Michele was co-founder and now Director of Kaill Training, she has provided business strategy and development from the beginning. She is now responsible for sales, bookings, marketing and the company’s finances. Michele is passionate about driving the company forward, creating new sales leads all the while keeping our mission statement at the core of her beliefs.
Hugh Gwilliams MBA
Health & Safety Consultant
Hugh has extensive experience in the Management of Health & Safety and Policy writing, coming from 22 years in the Royal Air Force to the running of his own business. Hugh specialises in helping all manor of organisations from NHS GP/Dental Practices through to small companies that have just started up.
Hugh’s main rolls – Management backup to Medical/Dental clinics regarding CQC set up and management of staff training, Safeguarding, policy writing, staff discipline, Health & Safety policy implication & Access audits. These skills are backed up by over 30 years of management in Medical/Dental and Engineering establishments, supported by my Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
