What if I said “no you live everyday you only die once”.
Mental Health Awareness
What is Mental Health Awareness? This is the best question.
I am ‘nut’s, I am ‘crazy’, I am ‘a freak’, I will lose my job if I don’t hide it from my friends! Let’s help prevent this going through someone’s mind and get ride of the stigma around metal health.
This 4-hour course is aimed to bring the subject of mental health to the for-front of the mind with an aim to start to change the stigma up-on which mental health illness lay’s.
Learners will not diagnose or treat mental health conditions as this can only be carried out by healthcare professionals.
They will gain the knowledge to identify when a person may have a condition and know where they can go to get help.
We also offer; Mental Health First Aid Level 2 and Supervising Mental Health First Aid Level 3. Simply click on the link to be directed to the relevant pages.
